This is a sentimental favorite of Nickel Brothers. A young family approached us with their problem. Their first home was not the dream home they were hoping for. It quickly became more of a nightmare. After living there only a few months, toxic mold was discovered in the babies crib. The underside of the babies mattress was black with it. After weeks of testing and moving back in with their parents, the little house had to be demolished. They came in search of something clean, hopefully with hardwood floors, and cost effective. Nickel Bros. sold them the above house. The first picture shows what the house looked like in Richmond. The second photograph shows it today in Pitt Meadows. ps - family is doing great.
