The four-bedroom, six-bath brick/stone home, which firm Nickel Bros. said was once nearly totally rebuilt for $6 million, was sold most recently for $850,000. It was being moved from Seattle’s Madison Park neighborhood to Bainbridge Island, across the Puget Sound.
